Between clients the room has to be aired and prepared, and the room itself is a limited resource that can run out even when the therapist is free. Two therapists and one room means one appointment in that hour, not two. Rooms are set up separately, and the system will not put two clients into the same space.
A ten-session package is sold once and drawn down with each visit. The card shows how many are left — no notebook, no verbal agreements.
After a session the linen has to be changed, the room aired and cleaned. Those minutes are built into the service length, so online booking never offers a time when the room is not ready yet.
Preferences about pressure, an allergy to a certain oil, areas to avoid — all in the client card, visible before the session. Access is limited by role: an administrator and a therapist see different things.
A course only works if the client finishes it. Appointment reminders cut no-shows, and a list of clients who have not been in for a while shows who to message first.
Reports show which room stands idle, which treatment brings in the most and how much each therapist earned. That is enough to make decisions about the rota and the price list.
A room is created as its own resource with its own schedule, and an appointment occupies both the therapist and the space. Double-booking a room is therefore impossible.
The course is sold as a package: one payment, drawn down per visit. The balance is visible to you in the card and in the client’s history — no arguments about how many are left.
Roles decide that. By default a therapist sees her own schedule and her own clients; an administrator sees all appointments; the owner also sees money and reports.
The first 14 days are free and need no card — enough to set up rooms, services with turnaround time and move active packages over.
